For mid-range budgets, sectors like 49, 56, 57, and 67, along with South City 1, offer a good mix of ready-to-move apartments and independent floors, usually with better price-per-square-foot than the DLF belt.
If you're working with a tighter budget or want a larger floor plate for the money, New Gurugram — sectors along the Dwarka Expressway such as 82, 95, and 108 — is where most of the newer, larger-format launches are happening, though you should factor in that some infrastructure there is still catching up with the pace of construction.
